Booking Guide

To reduce your waiting time at the hospital and improve the efficiency of your visit, our hospital has now provided multiple methods of online appointment registration. You can choose the convenient method according to your own situation to make an appointment for your visit. The specific instructions are as follows:

(1) Hospital official WeChat account appointment

1. Search and follow the official WeChat account of our hospital (“Pengbo Hainan BNCT Boron Neutron Hospital”), click on the bottom menu bar [Medical Services] → [Appointment Registration];

2. You need to complete registration if it is your first time using the system. Bind your personal ID number and mobile phone number to your account, and fill in information of the patient (you can add family members' information for easier appointment delegation);

3. Select the department, doctor, visit date and specific time period, confirm your appointment before submitting, pay the registration fee (supported payment methods include WeChat and Alipay);

4. After the appointment is successful, the system will send an SMS text message indicating successful appointment, including the department, doctor, time period, appointment number and visit instructions. Please save the message properly.

(II) Telephone Appointment

1. Customers can call the hospital's appointment hotline 0898-36863666 from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 to 12:00, or 14:30 to 18:30, and inform the staff your desired appointment department, doctor and date. The staff will assist in completing the appointment and registration.

(III) Offline Appointment

1. Bring the valid identification documents of the patient (ID card, household registration book, medical insurance card, etc.) and go to the registration window in the hospital's outpatient hall. Inform the staff your desired appointment department, doctor and date. The staff will assist in completing the appointment and registration.

II. Appointment Instructions

1. Appointment Time Range: Appointments can be made for outpatient appointments within the next 14 days (the number of appointments is updated at 00:00 every day. Popular departments have tight appointment schedules, so it is recommended to make appointments in advance);

2. Necessary documents for appointment: The patient's true and valid identification information (ID card, household registration book, passport, medical insurance card, etc.) must be provided;

3. Registration Fee: The registration fee must be paid in full when making an appointment. If the patient fails to show up on time and does not cancel the appointment, the registration fee will not be refunded and will affect subsequent appointment qualifications;

4. Cancel Appointment: If the patient cannot show up on time, please cancel the appointment at least 1 hour in advance through the original appointment channel (WeChat public account/APP → My Appointment → Cancel; Offline appointment can be cancelled at the registration window or by calling the consultation hotline). After cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded in full by your original payment method.

5. Appointment Availability: The same patient, the same department, and the same date can only be booked for one appointment. Do not repeatedly make the same appointment; the number of appointments for popular departments is limited and will be filled up immediately. You can choose other time periods or doctors for appointments.

III. Visit Guidance

1. Appointment Certificate: After successful appointment, on the day of the appointment, please bring the valid identification documents of the patient (consistent with the appointment time). You don’t need to print the appointment certificate. You can directly report to the registration desk of the department;

2. Check-in Time: Please arrive at the registration desk of the department 30 minutes before the appointment time. Show the valid identification documents to complete check-in. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment of the appointment number and you will need to queue up for registration again;

3. Appointment Sequence: The registration desk staff will arrange the appointment according to the appointment sequence. You can wait in the waiting area;

4. Subsequent Process: After the appointment, the doctor will issue prescriptions, examination forms, etc. based on the patient's condition. You can go to the payment window or self-service payment machine to pay, and then complete the examination, drug collection, etc. in the corresponding department.

IV. Tips and information

1. During the appointment process, if you encounter any problems, you can call the hospital consultation hotline: 0898-36863666 (working hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00-12:00, 14:30-18:30), and the staff will provide assistance;

2. During the visit, please wear a mask and follow the order of the visit;

3. If you have chronic diseases or previous medical history, please bring relevant medical records, examination reports, etc., to facilitate the doctor's accurate diagnosis;

4. Our hospital's appointment numbers are released through regular channels. Do not believe the appointment information from any third-party intermediaries. Avoid being frauded and causing property losses.
