Received a doctoral degree in July 1996, being the first doctor specializing in gamma knife in China. From August 2000 to August 2001, I studied and trained at the Neurology Institute of the University of London and the National Neurology and Neurosurgery Hospital in the UK, under the guidance of the world-renowned neurosurgeon and the vice president of the World Neurosurgical Association, David Thomas Professor, to learn neurosurgery. In 2006, I was promoted to chief physician. From October to December 2015, I studied and trained in the radiofrequency knife technology at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. Since 1993, I have been engaged in gamma knife treatment work. I have rich experience in treating pituitary tumors, acoustic neuromas, meningiomas, brain arteriovenous malformations, pineal region tumors, brain metastases, cavernous sinus cavernous hemangiomas, etc. with gamma knife. After Huashan Hospital introduced the radiofrequency knife in December 2007, I was responsible for its treatment. Within 9 years, I treated over 6,000 patients. I have accumulated rich experience in treating small lung cancers, liver cancers, pancreatic cancers, and spinal metastases with the radiofrequency knife, as well as tumors in the cavernous sinus region, craniopharyngiomas, small or medium-sized peripheral lung cancers, lung metastases, small liver cancers, spinal metastases, retroperitoneal metastases, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer.
